PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR PIMPLES

 

 

Pimples have a permanent effect on your skin, especially when they occur on your face. Although pimples seem to be a common problem and something that seems to be experienced by everyone, the effect it has on one’s psychology is too big.

You end up losing your self confidence and also feel depressed when you have to go for a social gathering. This naturally makes you an introvert which is not good when it comes to your career or social life.

The best way to get away from acne is to prevent it from occurring; in fact it is the easiest among all the methods that reduce acne.

Diet

The most important thing is our diet. It takes an important part in our healthy skin. Unhealthy foods like fast foods, oily foods, dairy products, intake of more sugar and so on should be cut off from our daily diet.

Take plenty of water which functionally hydrates your body as well as remove the toxins from your system making you look a lot younger. Try to use organic products. Use of acidophilus food helps to fight with bacteria and add zinc supplement in the diet. Eat fresh vegetables and fresh fruits, foods high in fiber and avoid caffeine.

Face Wash

Wash your face at least twice a day to remove impurities, dead skill cells and extra oil from the skin’s surface. Do not wash it more often. Use a mild soap and wash using warm water. Do not wash your face frequently and do not scrub the skin.

It is necessary to keep your face oil free and the hair should not be too oily too. If the oily hair falls on the face throughout night the face will be oily and it may leads to pimple on the face. Hence washing the hair often is a must and don’t let them fall on the face. Avoid use of chemical products as they can clog up the skin pores leading to pimples. Always keep the hair clean.

Wash Your Hands

As soon as we see the pimples on the face the very first thing we used to do is pop it immediately to get rid of acne. This is the major problem since acne begins spreading in the face, leading to blemishes or scarring. So avoid popping it. Always keep your hands clean and wash them regularly because it may spread bacteria or causes further infections too.

Remove Make Up

Never sleep with your makeup on.You should use makeup products which are not oily and which do not close up the pores of the skin.

Use Natural Products

Use of natural beauty products rather than use of chemical products will avoid many skin problems.

Avoid Too Much Sun

Too much of exposure to sun light may also cause pimples. Try using an appropriate sun screen products which suits for your skin.

Tight Clothes

Avoid wearing tight clothing; your skin needs to breathe. Always use clean towels to wipe your face.

Sleep Well

Have an enough sleep which is more essential in your daily life. It gives you freshness and keeps you energetic throughout the day keeping your body and mind stress free.

Hormones

Being stressed the whole day keeps your hormones tensed and these hormones can lead to pimples. Doing exercise and yoga everyday helps us to keep the hormones balanced.

The above few measures will help to prevent pimples and helps to lead pimple free healthy skin throughout our life.
